Shipping policy

Decker’s Pantry offers local pickup, local delivery, and refrigerated shipping on select products.

Refrigerated orders are packed in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs to help keep items cold during transit.

To protect product quality, refrigerated orders ship Monday–Wednesday only using 1–2 business day shipping. Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday.

Customers should refrigerate products immediately upon arrival.

We do not ship refrigerated orders over the weekend. Shipping availability may depend on location, weather, product type, and delivery timing. If we are unable to safely ship your order, we will contact you before fulfilling it.
